Why We Built This Site
Oregon gives the public broad access to many court and public records, but the correct custodian depends on the record. Polk County Circuit Court handles state trial-court case records, including criminal, civil, family, divorce, probate, protective order, and many violation matters. The Polk County Clerk handles marriage licenses, certified marriage copies, recording, elections, county indexes, and Property Value Appeals Board contact duties. City citations may be in Dallas, Monmouth, or Independence Municipal Court. The Sheriff's Office and jail maintain custody and booking information.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
